Social NET Consulting (SNC) is proud to share a recent youth mentorship engagement featuring our Co-Founder, Tilahun Kifle Ergete, at the "Equality, Sustainability, Empowerment" event organized by Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR) under the CV‑ET302 Project.
Invited to share his lived experience with high school students gathered for the school-based empowerment program, Tilahun offered reflections on resilience, personal development, and active citizenship.
During his interactive address, Tilahun highlighted key lessons for young minds:
Expanding Horizons: The transformative power of reading beyond standard curricula to cultivate critical thinking.
Embracing Growth: Viewing failure not as a setback, but as an essential stepping stone toward personal leadership ("failing forward").
Community & Character: The value of nurturing genuine friendships and giving back to build strong, supportive social networks.
