Social NET Consulting (SNC) officially wrapped up an intensive, high-energy 3-day Capacity Development Training on Civic Engagement, Constructive Dialogue, and Social Accountability.
We had the privilege of working with incredible grassroots Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to shift our collective approach from traditional, short-term charity to a sustainable, Rights-Based Approach (RBA).
Over three packed days, we truly pushed boundaries together.
We:
🌱 Explored personal leadership resilience and unpacked power dynamics.
🛡️ Conducted honest organizational self-reflections.
🤝 Practiced constructive dialogue using the SBI model to engage local authorities.
📊 Dived into hands-on simulations of Community Scorecards (CSC) and Citizen Report Cards (CRC) to co-create real, field-level accountability.
A massive appreciation to all training participants, Welthungerhilfe (WHH) (WHH), CoSAP Ethiopia, and Development Expertise Center (DEC) for their trust, collaboration, and shared vision.
The classroom training has ended, but the actual application is about to begin and it is so exciting!
