Today, Social NET Consulting (SNC) had the privilege of facilitating the first strategic workshop at St. George School (SGS) in Gondar. Our main focus was Visioning, a process that is far more than just words on a page. Having a clear, shared vision is the heartbeat of any institution; it provides the direction and the unified energy needed to transform local educational landscapes.
We were deeply moved by the active participation and the vibrant energy in the room. The commitment shown by the SGS leadership and staff, supported by the dedicated partnership of the Northwood African Education Foundation (NAEF),is a testament to the school's bright future. We are also incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality extended to our team by the entire SGS community. It has been truly amusing and heartening to see such a dedicated group of educators and stakeholders at work.
