SNC is proud to announce the successful completion of the consultancy assessing the impact of the Meseret Elementary School library. This work has demonstrated how libraries, when placed at the premier of schools, play a vital role in strengthening student learning, fostering curiosity, and supporting teachers in delivering quality education. We sincerely appreciate Together We Learn, Ethiopia (TWL) for taking the initiative in establishing and organizing this library. Their leadership shows how strategic investment in school libraries can transform the learning environment. We are hopeful that this effort will continue, not only through TWL but also with the support of other civil society organizations working in education.The lessons learned from this assessment are clear: libraries are not simply collections of books, but essential pillars of academic growth and community engagement. By ensuring inclusivity, adequate resources, and professional support, libraries can become powerful drivers of the educational excellence we aspire to as a nation.
